TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Introduction

This document regulates the terms and conditions of use of the site and the purchase of ALMAGIOIELLI brand products, registered trademark no. 302025000003279 , owned exclusively by Mikkel SRL .

Access to the site and the purchase of products imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Any unauthorized use of the name, logo, images, text, design, packaging, multimedia content, or other distinctive elements constitutes a violation of the legislation on Industrial Property and Copyright (Legislative Decree 30/2005 and subsequent amendments).

The products marketed include jewellery, costume jewellery and fashion accessories, including personalised ones.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only . Any slight variations in color, shape, or finish are considered normal and do not constitute defects, as they result from the craftsmanship and materials used.

4. Orders

By placing an order, the customer guarantees that the information provided is complete, correct and truthful.

Alma Gioielli reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders:

  • in case of incomplete or incorrect data;

  • in case of suspected fraudulent activity;

  • in case of obvious errors in price or description.

In such cases, the customer will be informed and, if payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded in full .

5. Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT , where applicable.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the methods indicated on the site (cards, PayPal, installment payments, other available systems).

In the event of an obvious pricing error, Alma Gioielli reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

6. Production, shipping and delivery

The production and shipping methods and times are governed by the Shipping Policies , which form an integral part of these Terms.

Under normal conditions, delivery takes place within 10–15 working days .
In exceptional cases, pursuant to art. 61 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, delivery may take place within a maximum of 30 working days .

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery .

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

The right of withdrawal is governed by the Return Policies , which form an integral part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to non-personalised products ;

  • Customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal , pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code;

  • The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of receiving the non-personalized product.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products sold to consumers are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity , pursuant to articles 128–135 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The guarantee covers exclusively defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery and does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;

  • accidental damage;

  • improper use or use not in accordance with the instructions;

  • unauthorized modifications or interventions.

9. Limitation of liability

Alma Gioielli is not responsible for:

  • damage resulting from improper use of the products;

  • individual allergic reactions to materials, it being the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility;

  • disruptions or delays attributable to external causes not directly under your control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site is the exclusive property of Mikkel SRL or its respective rights holders.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use, even partial, is prohibited.

11. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law .

For disputes with consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer has jurisdiction, pursuant to current legislation.

12. Changes to the Terms

Alma Gioielli reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site and will not apply to orders already confirmed .
