The products offered on this site include costume jewelry, plated jewelry and fashion accessories. The images of the products are indicative and may present slight variations in color or shape due to the handcrafted workmanship. Alma Gioielli does not guarantee that the products are identical to the images due to the natural variations of production.

4. ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
By placing an order, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear suspicious or inconsistent with our business policies. If there is an error in the price or description of the product, we will notify the customer before proceeding with the change or possible cancellation of the order.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal and other systems indicated on our site. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders and refund the customer.

  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days for most orders.

  • Costs: Free or paid shipping based on the order amount.

  • Responsibility: Once the package has been handed over to the courier, Alma Gioielli is not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by the carrier.

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery , provided the product is intact and unused .

  • Returns are not accepted on personalized jewelry.

  • 90 year warranty against manufacturing defects (does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse).

8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
We do not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of the products, including allergic reactions to the materials used. It is the customer's responsibility to check for any allergies before use.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Alma Gioielli is not responsible for any allergic reactions to the materials used in the jewelry. The customer is responsible for verifying the compatibility with their skin.

  • We do not guarantee that the site will always be available without interruptions or technical errors.

  • We decline any responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the products purchased.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Alma Gioielli logo is the exclusive property of Mikkel SRL. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. All other contents of the site are the property of their respective rights holders. Any improper use of the contents will be prosecuted.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes, we will seek an amicable solution with the customer. In the absence of an agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the Court of Rome.
