PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES
OUR ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN 1-3 WORKING DAYS (FROM THE TIME OF THEIR CREATION IF CUSTOMIZED)
1. CUSTOM JEWELRY
Custom jewelry requires a longer manufacturing process. The manufacturing and shipping phases are divided as follows:

Customization and production of the jewel: 5 - 7 working days

Shipping to Italy: 3 - 7 working days
The times indicated above refer to standard conditions and may vary based on the complexity of the order and the volume of requests.
2. JEWELRY READY FOR DELIVERY

Order preparation and management: up to 3 working days

3. INFORMATION ON DELIVERY TIMES The times indicated above refer to normal service conditions. However, exceptional situations may result in delays of up to 30 working days . These situations include, but are not limited to:

Holidays and periods of high demand

Customs delays or security checks

Logistics problems with couriers

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies, etc.)
We are not responsible for any delays due to causes beyond our control, including courier issues.
4. PRODUCTION PROCESS AND LOGISTICS Our warehouses and production centers are located in Asia . Orders can be shipped from these locations directly to the customer. We do not have warehouses located in Italy.
5. RESPONSIBILITY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Delays and non-delivery: If a package is delayed or not delivered, the customer is required to contact us promptly providing the order number.
