Shipping Policies – Alma Gioielli
These Shipping Policies govern the methods, times and conditions of shipping of orders placed on the Alma Gioielli website.
By making a purchase, the customer declares that he has read, understood and fully accepted the following.
1. Order processing times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days , starting from:

from order confirmation for non-customized products;

from completing the customization for personalized products.
Handling times do not coincide with shipping times.
2. Personalized jewelry
Custom jewelry requires a dedicated manufacturing process.
The standard timeframes are as follows:

Customization and production: 5–7 business days

Shipping to Italy and Europe: 3–7 working days
The times indicated are estimates based on ordinary operating conditions and may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the volume of requests.
3. Non-personalized jewelry (ready for delivery)
For non-customized products, the lead times are as follows:

Order preparation and processing: up to 3 working days

Shipping to Italy and Europe: 3–7 working days
4. Delivery times and possible delays
The times indicated refer to normal service conditions.
In exceptional circumstances, pursuant to art. 61 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 , delivery may take place within a maximum of 30 days .
Any delays may be caused by, but are not limited to:

holidays and periods of high order volume;

customs checks or administrative delays;

logistical or operational problems of couriers;
-
incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer;
-
force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies).
Alma Gioielli is not responsible for delays attributable to external causes that are beyond its direct control.
5. Production and logistics
Alma Gioielli jewels are conceived and designed in Italy by our design team.
Production takes place in selected foreign laboratories , chosen for their technical expertise and quality of materials.
Before shipping, each item is subjected to quality checks to ensure compliance with the standards required by the European market.
6. Shipping and tracking
All shipments are trackable .
The tracking code is sent via email as soon as the order is handed over to the courier.
The customer is required to independently monitor the status of the shipment using the tracking provided.
7. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information when ordering.
Alma Gioielli is not responsible for delays, losses or failed deliveries caused by:

incorrect or incomplete addresses;

the recipient cannot be found;
-
refusal of the package by the recipient.
