ORDERS (confirmation, cancellation, modification)

  • I PLACED THE ORDER, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL. WHY?
As soon as the payment is successful, the system sends an automatic confirmation email, with the order number (in this format #0000) and a summary of the purchase.
It may happen that this email mistakenly ends up in the spam folder of your email inbox. We therefore invite you to check there too, to have a reminder of your purchase.
If it is not even in your spam box, please contact us during our service hours; we will investigate, based on the name and surname left during the purchase, and we will provide you with all the necessary information.
  • I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER. HOW CAN I DO?
Orders can be canceled no later than 12 hours after confirmation of purchase . If your request occurs outside of our service hours, we will take into account the time your request was made.
Once the 12h deadline has passed, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

  • I ENTERED THE ADDRESS WRONG. HOW CAN I DO?

Write to us as soon as you realize that you have written the address wrong and/or some parts are missing (e.g. house number, street name, city, etc.), specifying the order number and following the scheme below:

  • I DID WRONG TO CHOOSE THE CUSTOMIZATION (e.g. the flower, a typo in the name, choice of color, etc.). HOW CAN I DO?

Write to us as soon as possible, within 12 hours of order confirmation , specifying the order number and what you want to change.

DELIVERY, PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES

  • FROM THE MOMENT I ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE JEWELRY AT HOME?
Overall, it takes approximately 20 days to receive the jewel.
The times indicated above refer to normal service conditions. Exceptional causes (holidays, high number of orders, problems in tracing the recipient's address, etc.) may cause delays of up to a maximum of 30 working days.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY JEWELRY?
From the moment we receive your order, the manufacturing process will begin, which takes from 7 to 10 working days. In this phase the design will be created ( 2-3 working days ) and then the actual creation ( 5-7 working days ).
  • AS REGARDS NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, THE TIMES ARE REDUCED TO A TOTAL OF 10 WORKING DAYS

  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
After creation, the jewel, complete with box, will be entrusted to the courier. Shipping times range from 5 to 10 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (please also check SPAM), to follow the progress of your order step by step, all the way to your home.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
As soon as the shipment has occurred, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • 30 DAYS HAVE PASSED, BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can contact us by email, on Whatsapp or on our social profiles, specifying your order number. We will strive to find the best solution together.
Please note, however, that we will not be held responsible for package delays that may occur due to weather conditions, incorrect address information or courier-related issues that are beyond our control.
Packages showing a confirmed delivery by the carrier will be subject to investigation and will not be eligible for a reshipment of the order until resolved.

  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD SHIPPING AND INSURED SHIPPING?

Standard shipping is completely free, trackable and secure shipping. However, it does not cover all possible damages that the package may suffer during transport (shocks that may compromise the integrity of the jewel, theft, loss, etc.).

Insured shipping , at a cost of €2.99 for each order, allows you to have complete coverage for any type of damage to the jewel, theft or loss of the package, with the guarantee of seeing the package sent back at no cost.

  • FROM TRACKING I APPEAR THAT THE PACKAGE COMES FROM ABROAD. WHY?

ALMAgioielli laboratories are located in Italy, Europe and Asia. Therefore, the origin may vary based on the request and/or model of jewelery made, as the locations of our laboratories are different.

  • HOW CAN I PAY?

The payment methods accepted by ALMAgioielli are PayPal, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Union Pay, Postepay, prepaid cards and credit cards authorized for online payment.

They are all 100% traceable and safe methods for those who sell and, above all, for those who buy.

  • CAN I TOP UP WITH POSTEPAY?

No, we do not accept Postepay top-ups for reasons of traceability, for our safety and, above all, for your safety when you purchase.

  • CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?

No, we do not accept payment on delivery, as these are extremely personalized objects and, therefore, we must be certain of your interest in the product. Furthermore, cash on delivery is an unsafe payment method even for those who purchase and we only want to guarantee you an optimal and traceable service.

  • CAN I PAY WITH SATISPAY?

We are currently not set up to receive payments via SATISPAY.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT BANK TRANSFER?

YES, you will have to contact us via WhatsApp and follow our steps.

CUSTOMIZATIONS AND MATERIALS

  • WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

ALMAgioielli's creations are basically made with hypoallergenic stainless steel, with 14/18 carat gold plating, available in three colors (rose gold, yellow gold, white gold).

Some products will be gold plated silver.

For stones and/or other inserts, please refer to the descriptions on the individual product pages.

  • CAN I ADD OR REMOVE CUSTOMIZATIONS BEYOND THOSE ALLOWED BY THE SITE?

EXAMPLE: transforming a pendant into a key ring, putting two pendants in the same necklace, making flowers not in the catalogue, receiving the "Flora" necklace only with the flower, etc.

No, beyond the customizations allowed on the individual product pages (choice of color, choice of flower, insertion of name or insertion of engraving, in the case of jewels to be engraved), it is not possible to modify the nature or shape of the jewel.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHOOSE THE SIZE OF THE PENDANT?

No. For the “Ninfe” collection, with the birth flower and the name, the size of the pendant depends on the number of characters of the name entered (for the maximum number of characters for each model, consult the individual product pages). Each flower is approximately 2cm long, to which the length of the name must be added.

For other collections, dimensions are specified on the individual product pages and cannot be customized.
