RETURN POLICIES
Cancelling an order due to change of mind or modification
From the moment an order is placed, the email with the order receipt and therefore the confirmation; it is not possible in any way to cancel the order itself.
Return of Personalized Items
Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 "Exceptions to the right of withdrawal", the right of withdrawal for purchases made on the ALMAGIOIELLI website is not permitted if the supply of goods and services is made to measure and clearly personalized.
Return of NON-Personalized Items
For non-personalized items, returns are possible within 14 days as per the law.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer

Product not compliant with what was ordered
In case the customer has not followed our guidelines indicated on the site and because of this the product is not as desired and/or the customer is not satisfied with the latter, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Incorrect / incomplete delivery addresses
ALMAGIOIELLI assumes no responsibility if the customer, during the order phase, enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping address (missing house number, non-existent street, discrepancy between city and postal code, incorrect name or other similar errors).
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.
If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address and does not communicate the correction, ALMAGIOIELLI will send the package to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase and this will cause a failed delivery: the package will return to the sorting center (25 - 30 days) and the customer can choose to:
1) Pay the return shipping fee of €9.71 (€19.90 if the customer has chosen insured shipping) and provide the correct address to receive the package.
2) Do not pay any return shipping fees by leaving the package with the courier who, after a pre-established period of time, will send the package to the scrap heap.
Furthermore, an incorrect or incomplete address may also cause the loss of the package and ALAMGIOIELLI assumes no responsibility for this.
We therefore reiterate that in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address and any resulting delivery problems, ALMAGIOIELLI assumes no responsibility and the responsibility lies SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY with the customer.
Shipping Address Corrections
Once the package is shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes to the chosen address.
Therefore, if the customer communicates a new address or a correction to the same and the consignment note has not yet been created, the change will be made.
Otherwise, the change cannot be taken into consideration.
We reiterate, we do NOT accept changes/modifications of shipping address once the waybill has been created or the shipment has been sent.
Certificate of Delivery
If the tracking code says "Delivered" but the customer claims not to have received anything, ALMAGIOIELLI will request proof of delivery from the courier and if the shipping company does not provide proof of delivery, the customer will be entitled to a free re-shipment and re-shipment of the items ordered.
The time to request proof of delivery varies from 5 to 8 days.
What happens if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Although we hope this will never happen, if you receive damaged goods or have a major manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@almagioielliofficial.com , with photos and details of the damage/defect. This way we can assist you personally and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
If the goods are received damaged or broken, the company can arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you under an expedited shipping agreement. We ask that you share a picture of the damaged product so that we can share it with our service provider and determine the extent of the damage.
Origin
The origin of our jewels is clearly indicated on each product page: this information can be found in the "Frequently Asked Questions" tab (on each product page)
Due to this, no refunds, returns or disputes are accepted in this regard as everything is explicitly and clearly indicated.
