Return Policy – ​​Alma Gioielli

This Return Policy governs the conditions applicable to purchases made on the Alma Gioielli website, in compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) .

By placing an order, the customer declares that he has read, understood and fully accepted the conditions set out below.


1. Cancelling or modifying the order

For Almagioielli items, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order due to change of mind after confirmation by email.


2. Return of personalized items

Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 , the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or items made to the customer's specific request.

Therefore, customized items cannot be returned or refunded , except in the case of manufacturing defects or non-conformities attributable to the company .

Any returns of personalized items will only be accepted with prior written authorization from Customer Service.


3. Return of non-personalized items

For non-personalised items, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order , as provided for by articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

To initiate a return request, the customer must contact Customer Service at the email address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , as required by art. 57 of the Consumer Code.


4. Warehouses and logistics

Alma Gioielli's central warehouses are located in Asia .
The company currently does not have warehouses in Europe .

The return shipping address will be communicated only after authorization .


5. Refund times and methods

Once the return has been received at our warehouses:

  • the product will be checked;

  • the refund will be made no later than 30 working days after receipt;

  • The refund will be credited using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

In case of a product that does not comply with the return conditions, no refund will be due .


6. Product compliant with the order

If the product received complies with the order placed , has no defects and meets the specifications indicated on the site, it will not be possible to obtain a refund outside the cases provided for by the right of withdrawal .

However, if the product received differs from the one ordered due to an error attributable to the company , the customer will be entitled to a free replacement .


7. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Alma Gioielli is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer .

In case of non-delivery due to an incorrect address, the customer can choose between:

  • pay a return shipping fee of €9.90 by providing a correct address;

  • Do not request a return shipment, but leave the package with the courier, who will dispose of it according to their own procedures.

In such cases, no refund will be due .


8. Shipping Address Corrections

Once shipping has started, it is not possible to change the delivery address .

Changes are only allowed if the consignment note has not yet been generated .
After the consignment note has been generated, no modification requests will be accepted .


9. Certificate of delivery

If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but the customer declares that he has not received it, Alma Gioielli will request proof of delivery from the courier.

If the courier does not provide valid proof, the customer will be entitled to a new free shipment .

Verification request processing times vary from 5 to 8 business days .


10. Damaged or defective product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service immediately, sending clear photos and a description of the problem to:

After verification, the company will be able to proceed with a free replacement .
Photographic documentation is mandatory to open the case.


11. Origin of the jewels

The origin of the jewelry is clearly indicated in the Shipping Policies and is made known to the customer before completing the order .
Therefore, no complaints regarding the origin of the products will be accepted.


12. Changes to the Return Policy

Alma Gioielli reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time.
The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site and will not apply to orders already confirmed.
