RETURN POLICIES


ALMAGIOIELLI does not accept refunds for change of mind or for any other reason, and the contract cannot be canceled or refunded once the processing of the jewel has started. It is possible to cancel or modify the order within 12 hours of payment; Once this deadline has passed, it is no longer possible to make cancellations or changes.

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 "Exceptions to the right of withdrawal", the right of withdrawal for purchases made on the ALMAGIOIELLI website is not permitted, as they are the supply of tailor-made and clearly personalized goods and services.

Product not compliant with what was ordered

If the customer has not followed our guidelines indicated on the site and due to this the product is not as desired and/or the customer is not satisfied with the latter, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

Incorrect / incomplete delivery addresses


ALAMGIOIELLI assumes no responsibility if the customer, when ordering, enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping address (missing house number, non-existent street, discrepancy between city and postcode, incorrect name or other similar errors).

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.

If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address and does not communicate the correction, ALMAGIOIELLI will send the package to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase and this will cause a failed delivery: the package will return to the sorting center (25 - 30 days) and the customer will be able to choose to:

1) Pay the reshipment fee of €9.71 (€19.90 if the customer has chosen insured shipping) and provide the correct address to which to receive your package

2) Do not pay any reshipment fee by leaving the package to the courier who, after a pre-established period of time, will send the package to waste.
Furthermore, an incorrect or incomplete address can also cause the loss of the package and ALAMGIOIELLI assumes no responsibility for this.
We therefore reiterate that in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address and resulting delivery problems, ALMAGIOIELLI does not assume any responsibility and the responsibility lies SOLELY and EXCLUSIVELY with the customer.

Shipping address adjustments

Once the package is shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes to the chosen address.

Therefore, if the customer communicates a new address or a correction of the same and the waybill has not yet been created, the change will be made.

Conversely, the modification cannot be taken into consideration.

We reiterate, modifications/changes of shipping address are NOT accepted once the consignment note has been created or the shipment has departed.

Delivery Certificate

If the tracking code states "Delivered" but the customer claims not to have received anything, ALMAGIOIELLI will request proof of delivery from the courier and if the shipping company does not provide proof of delivery, the customer will have the right to a free recreation and reshipment of the items ordered by him.

The time for requesting proof of delivery varies from 5 to 8 days.

What happens if my jewelery arrives damaged?


While we hope this never happens, if you receive damaged goods or have a major manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@almagioielliofficial.com , with photos and details of the damage/defect. This way we can assist you personally and resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

If the goods are received damaged or broken, the company will be able to arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you under an expedited shipping agreement. We ask you to share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with our service provider and determine the extent of the damage

The origin of our jewels is clearly indicated on each product page: this information can be found in the "Frequently Asked Questions" tab (on each product page)

Due to this, we do not accept refunds, returns or disputes in this regard as everything is explicitly and clearly indicated.
