Return Policies

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS By purchasing a product on Alma Gioielli , the buyer fully accepts the return conditions described below. We invite customers to read them carefully before placing an order.


1. ORDER CANCELLATION FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR MODIFICATION

Once an order is placed and confirmation is received via email, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to change of mind.


2. RETURN OF CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 , the right of withdrawal is not applicable for personalized items. Therefore, items made to measure or personalized cannot be returned or refunded .


3. RETURN OF NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

For non-personalized items , returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the order, as required by current legislation.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

  • Our central warehouses are located in Asia , we do not have warehouses in Europe.

To initiate a return request, the customer must contact us at the email address info@almagioielliofficial.com .


4. TIMES AND PROCEDURES FOR REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be credited no later than 30 working days after receiving the goods at our warehouses.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.


5. PRODUCT NOT COMPLIANT WITH THE ORDER

  • If the customer has not correctly followed the instructions on the site and the product received does not meet his expectations , it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

  • If the product received differs from the one ordered due to our error, the customer will be entitled to a free replacement .


6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Alma Gioielli is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

If the package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer can choose between:

  1. Pay a return shipping fee of €9.71 (€19.90 for insured shipping) and provide the correct address.

  2. Do not pay the return shipping fee , leaving the package with the courier, who will dispose of it after a pre-established period of time.

An incorrect address may result in the loss of the package , for which Alma Gioielli assumes no responsibility .


7. SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

  • Once shipping has started, it is not possible to change the address .

  • If the consignment note has not yet been created , you can request a modification.

  • Once the waybill has been generated, no changes to the shipping address will be accepted .


8. DELIVERY CERTIFICATE

If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered , but the customer declares that he has not received anything, Alma Gioielli will request proof of delivery from the courier.

  • If the courier does not provide valid proof , the customer will be entitled to a new free shipment.

  • The processing time for the proof of delivery request varies from 5 to 8 working days .


9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In case of receiving a damaged item or with manufacturing defects, the customer must contact us immediately by sending photos and details of the damage to info@almagioielliofficial.com .

  • After verification, the company will be able to arrange a free replacement.

  • Photographic evidence of the damage is required to proceed with the claim.


10. ORIGIN OF THE JEWELRY

The origin of our jewelry is clearly indicated in the Shipping Policies . Therefore, no complaints regarding the origin will be accepted, as this information is made explicit at the time of purchase.


11. CHANGES TO RETURN POLICIES

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the site.
