How does the offer work?

Add 2 pieces to your basket, even the same one with different names. The lower-priced piece costs 70% less: the discount is applied at checkout, no code needed.

When will I receive my piece?

We create your personalised jewellery to hold what matters most to you. From creation to delivery, allow 10–14 days in total, about two weeks. We'll email you the tracking details as soon as your jewellery is on its way to you.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes. Your piece has a jewellery-grade 316L stainless steel base with a premium 18ct gold finish. It is water resistant, hypoallergenic and nickel free: showers, rain and wet hands are not a problem.

What if something isn’t right?

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, we will remake it free of charge, and you are covered by a 2-year warranty. As it is made especially for you, returns for change of mind are not available. If anything is unclear, write to us: we are happy to help.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes. Write to info@almagioielliofficial.com within 12 hours of your order confirmation, quoting your order number: if production has not started yet, we will correct the name, material or address free of charge. After that window your piece goes into production and changes are no longer guaranteed, as it is made especially for you.

Yes. Every piece arrives in ALMA gift packaging, included with your order and ready to give.
