How do I get the second piece free?
Add the piece you want to buy to your basket: you can pick it from any collection on the site, not only from the free pieces collection. On the basket page you will see the button "Pick your free piece here": it takes you to the collection of 9 free pieces. Choose one, personalise it and add it: its price drops to zero on its own. No code needed.
When will I receive my piece?
We prepare your order in 5 to 9 working days. UK delivery then takes 2 to 4 working days and is free and tracked. VAT and duties are included, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes. Your piece has a jewellery-grade 316L stainless steel base with a premium 18ct gold finish. It is water resistant, hypoallergenic and nickel free: showers, rain and wet hands are not a problem.
What if something isn’t right?
If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, we will replace it free of charge. Non-personalised pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and you are covered by a 2-year warranty. If anything is unclear, write to us: we are happy to help.
Does it arrive ready to give?
Yes. Every piece arrives in ALMA gift packaging, included with your order and ready to give.
