Returns and Refunds Policy – pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005
This policy governs the return and refund conditions applicable to purchases made on the site, in compliance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) .
By placing an order, the customer declares that he has read and fully accepts the conditions set out below.
1. Right of withdrawal – Scope of application
Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 , the right of withdrawal is recognised exclusively for non-personalised products .
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for personalized products , made to measure or made to the customer's specific request.
Customized products are therefore not returnable or refundable , except in the case of manufacturing defects or non-conformities attributable to the company .
2. Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization from Customer Service.
If the customer has already contacted Customer Service and received written confirmation , the return authorization is considered validly granted.
Without authorization, the return will not be accepted or processed , even if it falls within the legal deadlines.
3. Mandatory conditions of acceptance
The return will be accepted only if the product:

it is intact, unused and undamaged ;

is returned in the original packaging ;

It shows no signs of use, alteration or tampering .
Failure to comply with even one of the above conditions will result in the return being refused , pursuant to art. 57 of the Consumer Code.
4. Mandatory identification data
The following must be included inside the package:

customer's name and surname ;
-
order number ;
-
email address used for the purchase .
Returns without the required identification data cannot be associated with the order and will not be processed .
5. Return shipping
Once authorization has been obtained, the customer must ship the product at his/her own expense , as required by art. 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code, to the following address:

The risk of loss or damage to the product during shipment remains with the customer until confirmation of receipt.
6. Verification and refund
Once the return has been received:

the product will be checked within 5–7 working days ;

If the goods are compliant, the refund will be made within the timeframe set by Article 56 of the Consumer Code;

In case of non-conformity, the return will be refused and no refund will be due .
7. Disclaimers
The company is not responsible for:
-
returns of customized products, excluded from the right of withdrawal;
-
returns sent without prior authorization ;
-
returned without the mandatory identification data ;
-
returns sent to addresses other than the official one;
-
delays, losses or damages attributable to the carrier chosen by the customer .
8. Final clause
This policy forms an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale and prevails over any communication not confirmed in writing.
The company reserves the right to modify it at any time, in compliance with current legislation.
